Do I need a website already?
No. Kovaikart is your storefront. If you already have a website, we can import products from it and link the two.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every storefront gets a yourname.kovaikart.com address. On the Sell plan and above, you can connect your own domain.
My products need a quote, not a price. Does that work?
Yes. Request for quote, configure-then-quote and drawing-based quotes are built in, not bolted on. You can mix fixed-price and quote-only products in one storefront.
Can my team work in Tamil?
Onboarding support is available in English and Tamil, and the platform is being built to publish your content in both languages.
What happens when we move to Proact ERP?
Nothing needs to be re-entered. Your company, products, customers and orders are shared between Kovaikart and Proact, so the upgrade adds production, finance and quality on top of what you already have.
Who can see my drawings and customer data?
Only people you authorise. Drawings can sit behind an NDA with access logs, and your customer list is private to your business.
